Surface treatment process
We are engaged in the recycling business mainly of precious metals contained in plating and etching solutions in the surface treatment process in the electronics and semiconductor fields. With our independently developed electrolytic precious metal recovery equipment, we offer the most suitable precious metal recovery system for the customer’s production line. We propose not only to improve the recovery rate of precious metals such as gold, silver, and palladium, but also to reduce the total running cost of the production line by reusing chemicals and pure water.

Precision Cleaning
Precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium are used in the deposition process of thin-film electrode formation for semiconductors and electronic components, and high precious metal recovery rates and short delivery times for cleaned jigs are required. With our advanced precious metal stripping technology, we provide a high recycling rate and high-quality cleaning technology, contributing to the reduction of total running costs in our customers' manufacturing processes.

Precious metal recovery equipment (ZIPANG)
The installation of our originally developed electrolytic precious metal recovery equipment “ZIPANG” in your production lines will enable on-site recovery of gold, silver, and palladium from plating solution and rinse water generated in the manufacturing process of printed circuit boards, connectors, etc.
Compact yet delivering high purity and high recovery rates, ZIPANG is widely deployed not only in Japan but also overseas.

E-scrap
Electronic components and printed circuit boards used in PCs and cell phones contain many precious and rare metals. We recycle precious metals from printed circuit boards contained in used products and scraps generated during the manufacturing process, using our unique and advanced recovery technologies cultivated over many years.

Economic benefits
Responding to soaring precious metal pricesIn recent years, geopolitical risks and economic sanctions have caused the prices of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium to soar. This has put pressure on manufacturing costs and increased procurement risks throughout the manufacturing industry. By utilizing our precious metal recycling service, you can reliably and efficiently recover precious metal resources while reducing procurement costs and mitigating risks.
Our assay division has obtained ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation for our gravimetric analysis technology for four precious metals. We will enhance the transparency and reliability of analytical values of various raw materials received from our customers. -
Environmental protection Contribution to ESG management Today, as the realization of a decarbonized society is required, companies must take concrete actions to reduce their environmental impact. Our recycling process significantly reduces CO₂ emissions compared to mining, thus meeting environmental regulations and sustainable procurement standards. Efforts to meet ESG standards will enhance corporate value and build trust with business partners and investors.
Our 100% recycled precious metals have earned a green premium, and our potassium gold cyanide made from 100% recycled gold has obtained UL certification. We contribute to our customers' ESG management by processing, returning and selling these products. -
Social responsibility
Sustainable resource usePrecious metals are a finite resource, and new mining involves environmental damage and community impacts. By circulating resources through recycling, we reduce the risk of resource depletion and minimize the burden on local communities. Promoting sustainable resource use will enhance your reputation among domestic and international business partners.
In addition, in order to contribute to the stable production activities at electronic component and semiconductor plants across Japan, we have established a system of four domestic bases by developing receiving factories in Bando, Nagano, Amagasaki, and Fukuoka. Furthermore, we have established a robust BCP system to prepare for unforeseen circumstances, along with a wide range of supplementary services to support production sites. These initiatives have been well received by many of our customers.
